KFC Post-Tryout Procedures |
Knoxville Football Club In order to accept a position on a KFC competitive team, players must submit a Permission to Roster Form. This form is available at the link below. Parents should complete this form and bring it to their player’s team meeting (date, time, and location TBD by coach and posted on the website along with team roster selection). The form must be accompanied by a check in the amount of $30 made payable to Knoxville Football Club. This amount will be used to pay for state registration fees. In the rare event that the player/parent cannot attend the designated team meeting they may complete the form and mail it along with the $30 registration fee to Knoxville Football Club P.O. Box 52888, Knoxville, Tennessee 37950. The form and check should be mailed by the date of the player’s team meeting and no later than the following Club deadlines: U-14 and below 6/20/08 If forms are not received within these deadlines, the player’s spot on a team roster may be offered to another player. On the Permission to Roster Form, each registrant is asked to fill in an ID No. (Which is the registrant’s TSSA ID No. from last year) and the registrant’s team coach. If the registrant is uncertain about either of these items, please leave them blank. Pursuant to Tennessee State Soccer Association rules, a player may revoke his or her commitment to play for the Club until July 10. For a player to exercise that right he or she should contact the coach for his or her age group. If a player revokes his or her commitment prior to July 10, his or her Permission to Roster Form will be returned to the player and his or her $30 registration fee will be refunded. |
